• All prices are inclusive of breakfast and VAT at 17.5%.

• All reservations will be confirmed in writing to your postal address or email address.
• Check in after 4 pm. If guests are expecting to arrive after 6 pm please let us know at the time of booking.
• Check out is 10.30 am.
• Dogs are welcome if a designated room is available and are charged at £3 per night. We do ask that they are never left unattended in your room and that they do not enter the lounge or dining room in consideration for our other guests.
• We do require a deposit of £28 per booking to be deducted from your final bill.
• We do charge a single occupancy rate: Low season is £45 per night and High Season (June to September) £60 per night
• Guest vehicles are parked entirely at their own risk. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to re-let the room. If we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to make the following charges:
• For cancellation more than two weeks before the date of arrival, we will refund the booking deposit less a £5 administration fee per room.
• For cancellation between 4 and 14 days before the date of arrival, we will retain the deposit or, if no deposit has been paid, make a charge of £28 per room.
• For cancellation less than 4 days or for failure to turn up we will charge the first night’s room price in full.
We will only apply these charges in the event that we are unable to re-let the room but we do recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation. |
